Abstract

Culture is also an element important to the development of a country, contributing to the cultural identity of that country. In particular, culture (including culture in marriage) is also one of the fields that
clearly reflect the characteristics of people’s outlook on life and worldview of ethnic groups. So, conserving
and developing the cultural identity in the marriage of the Red Dao people in Cao Bang province is a very
important issue in the local cultural development strategy, especially in the current situation.
