THE SITUATION OF ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS FROM INNOVATION TO TODAY

Abstract

Vietnam's ethnic affairs in general and the affairs of planning, formulation and implementation of ethnic policies in particular are aiming at the goal of ethnic equality, solidarity, respect and mutual development. Under the leadership of the Party, the rising efforts of ethnic minorities, the system of ethnic policies are supporting ethnic minorities to overcome poverty, reduce poverty and develop social economically, step by step improve material and spiritual life, raise people's intellectual level, preserve and promote cultural identity, ensure political stability and maintain national security and defense. The article mentions the actual situation of organization and implementation of social economic development policies in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, from which to draw some experiences in implementing policies in this region in the coming time.
