REFORMING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES, CREATING FAVORITE INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT OF HAI PHONG CITY IN THE CURRENT PERIOD

Abstract

In the industrial revolution 4.0 and deep international integration, it is very necessary to reform administrative procedures and create a favorable urban environment, especially for Hai Phong which is a real big city under the Central Government, with many advantages in production, industry, commerce and service activities… The article evaluates the current situation of administrative procedure reform, creating an electronic market, in order to point out the results and limitations, on that basis, three solutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative procedure reform, creating a favorable urban environment of Hai Phong city in the current period.
