HUMAN RESOURCES FOR TOURISM IN VIETNAM: CURRENT SITUATION AND ISSUES IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT

Abstract

In recent time, Vietnam's tourism human resources have been one of the important factors contributing greatly to tourism development; initially developing a Vietnamese tourism brand and tourism products that bring value to the country and society. Vietnam's tourism human resources are also increasingly demonstrating their level of knowledge, professional skills, dynamism, creativity, overcoming difficulties, striving to improve. However, in the current context of innovation, integration and globalization, when tourism is identified as a pointed and key economic sector, it requires human resources to develop Vietnam's tourism to raise its level more in both quantity and quality.
