Abstract

Reputable people have a great role and position in the ethnic minority community. These are people with moral qualities, abilities, attachments, understanding of customs, the best understanding of the thoughts and feelings of people in the family, relatives and residential communities. The voices and actions of reputable people are able to lead and orient the behavioral culture of the residential community. In order to sustainably develop ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Thanh Hoa province, it is necessary to promote the role of reputable people in connecting the community, promoting the spirit of people's mastery in socio-economic development, preserving and promoting the positive traditional cultural heritage of ethnic minority communities in the province.
