Abstract

Dak Nong province is located in the southwest of the Central Highlands and lies entirely on the Mnong plateau. This place preserves rich and unique traditional cultural values with many unique values. Throughout the development process, Dak Nong province always focuses on developing the role of reputable people in ethnic minority areas. The article focuses on clarifying the current status of the role of reputable people in ethnic minority areas and proposes solutions to promote the role of reputable people in ethnic minority areas of Dak Nong province in cultural management at the grassroots level.
