SOME SOLUTIONS FOR DEVELOPING HUMAN RESOURCES ETHNIC MINORITY POPULATION IN THE NORTHWEST IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0

Abstract

Development of ethnic human resources minorities in the Northwest region is a very necessary job, having important implications for socio-economic growth, improving the lives of ethnic minorities, strengthening national security and defense; implementing industrialization and modernization, promoting its driving role for socio-economic development in the Northwest region. In the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0, the development of ethnic human resources minorities in the Northwest region must be comprehensively developed from physical strength, intellectual improvement, human resource creation and fostering talent, training psychosocial qualities to adapt to revolution 4.0. From analyzing, assessing the situation of ethnic minorities human resources in the Northwest region, this article proposes a number of practical and specific solutions to develop the ethnic human resources minorities in the Northwest region today.
