ASSURANCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN VIETNAM TODAY - SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

The article uses the main method of inheriting and analyzing secondary documents related to human rights content, ensuring human rights expressed through documents of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the laws of the State. The findings provide an overview of the current state of human rights assurance in our country. From there, provide arguments and propose reference solutions for authorities to promote human rights assurance, especially in disadvantaged groups in Vietnam today.
