ETHNIC POLICY IN THE INNOVATION PERIOD: ACHIEVEMENTS AND SOME ISSUES TO IMPLEMENT

Abstract

Since the implementation of the country's renovation until now, along with the general development of the whole country, ethnic minority and mountainous areas have achieved very important achievements in all areas such as: poverty alleviation, economic growth, education, culture, health care, social security, foreign affairs... This achievement is due to the correct and appropriate guidelines and policies of the Party and State for ethnic minority and mountainous area.
