CHARACTERISTICS AND ROLES OF VIETNAMESE ETHNIC MINORITY CADRES TODAY

Abstract

Cadres in general and ethnic minority cadres in particular play a very important role, contributing significantly to the country's socio-economic development. Therefore, this article will focus on researching and clarifying the characteristics and roles of ethnic minority cadres in order to analyze the characteristics, at the same time, evaluate the role of ethnic minority cadres, thereby providing scientific bases for our Party and State to have appropriate guidelines and policies to promote the role of ethnic minority cadres in the country's socio-economic development.
