DEVELOPING HOMESTAY TOURISM ASSOCIATED WITH ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF ETHNIC MINORITY IN LO LO CHAI, LUNG CU COMMUNE, DONG VAN DISTRICT, HA GIANG PROVINCE
Abstract
Lo Lo Chai is a cultural village located at next Dragon Mountain in Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province. This place where the Lo Lo and Mong ethnic group living, which is not only famous for its beautiful natural scenery but also pristine, preserving intact the unique cultural features of the Lo Lo ethnic group on the rocky plateau of Dong Van. A village with walled houses, tiled roofs, traditional crafts such as embroidery, tile making, carpentry, festivals such as worshiping forest gods, new rice festivals, new house celebrations, folk dance. To assess the sustainable development of people in the exploitation and development of homestay tourism in association with environmental protection. The author relies on three aspects to assess resource degradation; waste collection and treatment activities in accordance with regulations; a number of threats from natural disasters and the ability to respond to natural disasters, based on reference to a set of criteria for assessing sustainable tourism development and regulations of state management agencies.
