Abstract

Abstract: The law on real estate brokerage services in Vietnam was first stipulated in the Law on Real Estate Business 2006, amended and supplemented in 2014, and it is currently the Law on Real Estate Business 2023, amended and supplemented in 2024 (Law on Real Estate Business 2023).  However, after a period of implementation, the real estate brokerage law has revealed some limitations and inadequacies, affecting real estate brokerage activities. This article generally introduces the current state of real estate brokerage law in Vietnam, and proposing solutions to further improve real estate brokerage law in Vietnam in the coming time.
