Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes several remaining problems in the current provisions
of Vietnamese private international law to resolve cases related to the civil liability of
digital platform operators for damages due to infringement of honor, reputation, dignity,
and intellectual property rights on those platforms. It then makes proposals for legal
improvement.
