Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes and evaluates achievements and limitations in the
process of strengthening the Vietnamese labor law in light of international labor
standards codified in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific
Partnership (CPTPP) and the Viet Nam - European Union Free Trade Agreement
(EVFTA), thereby, it makes proposals to improve the labor law.
