Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes the provisions of the 2011 Law on Complaints and related legal documents on suspension of the handling of a complaint and assesses the relevant inadequacies and limitations on this matter. Thereby, it makes proposals to improve the regime of suspension of the handling of complaints in Viet Nam’s administrative area.
