Abstract

Abstract: The article generally analyzes the legal features of the Crime of appropriating property by using computer and telecommunications networks, electronic
media provided in Article 290, the Criminal Code of 2015. Based on the analysis and caselaws, the author sheds light on certain limitations of the legal provisions and the practical application of Article 290 of the Criminal Code. Thereby, proposals will be made for legal improvement accordingly.
