Abstract

Abstract: Within the scope of this article, the author clarifies the provisions of the
2015 Criminal Procedure Code on grounds for recusing or changing the person with
procedure-conducting procedure and the right to request such change, and identifies
limitations and inadequacies in the provisions of law. Thereby, proposals are made to
improve the law, contribute to strengthening the effectiveness of the legal application,
and ensuring the proper adjudication of criminal cases.
