Abstract

Abstract: The article focuses on clarifying the general issues of economic
concentration control over transactions carried out outside the territory of the European
Union with reference to EU legal provisions governing this issue. Based on implications
drawn from the EU, it makes proposals to improve the Vietnamese law in this field.
