Abstract

Abstract: This article analyzes and assesses the participation of Viet Nam in the
ASEAN cooperation mechanism on disaster management and humanitarian
assistance. Thereby, it makes proposals for Viet Nam to improve the effectiveness of
implementing this cooperation mechanism.
