Abstract

Abstract: This article explores social security rights safeguards at the international
level, analyzes the institutionalization of the Party’s views and guidelines on social
security rights into Vietnamese institutions, the process of legal internalization, and the
responsibilities of state agencies in upholding these rights within Viet Nam. Thereby, it
proposes solutions to overcome the existing obstacles in the coming time in Viet Nam.
