Abstract

Abstract: The development of blockchain technology has been widely applied in
various sectors, including the real estate market. Blockchain-based real estate business
models attract investor attention but also pose significant risks due to the lack of a clear
legal framework. This article discusses key legal challenges related to blockchain
technology in the real estate sector, drawing on foreign legal provisions and practical
experiences with this business model in Vietnam.
