Abstract

Abstract: This article analyzes limitations in the provisions concerning the crime of
trading and appropriating human tissues or body parts, as stipulated in Article 154 of
the 2015 Criminal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017). Based on this analysis, it
makes proposals for improving the relevant legal framework.
