Abstract

Abstract: This article examines legal gaps in the regulations governing the order
and procedures for handling administrative complaints, from the receipt and
processing of complaints to the issuance of complaint resolution decisions under the
Law on Complaints and makes proposals for improving the legal regulations
concerning this issue.
