Abstract

Abstract: This article examines and analyzes how Vietnamese law safeguards the
right of minor children to receive care, nurturing, upbringing, and education when
parents divorce. By assessing the current legal framework and its implementation, the
authors identify challenges to the effective protection of these rights and propose
legislative reforms to enhance their practical enforcement.
