Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the issue of overlapping rights in the protection of
three-dimensional trademarks and industrial designs under European Union law.
Drawing from EU legal practice, it makes proposals for Vietnam to address overlaps
and enhance intellectual property law enforcement.
