Abstract

Abstract: The article analyses constraints in ensuring workers’ right to
employment from the perspective of employer responsibility within responsible business
conduct in Viet Nam, and proposes recommendations for strengthening the relevant
laws, policies, and implementation mechanisms in the near future.
