Abstract

Abstract: The article analyses the current state of the law governing the role of
religion in the fields of healthcare, education, vocational training, and social protection,
and assesses both the achievements attained and the limitations that persist in statutory
provisions and their practical application. On that basis, the author proposes
orientations and solutions for strenghthening the law so as to promote the contribution
of religion across these sectors.
