Abstract

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the fundamental aspects of the freedom of
association in the 2013 Constitution and the current need to concretize this right in
Vietnam, this article evaluates the legal practice and proposes several solutions to
further institutionalize the freedom of association in legal documents, thus further
ensuring and promoting this right.
