Abstract

Abstract: The article raises the issue of the constitutionality and legality of the
issuance of decrees on administrative sanctions. At the same time, the article analyzes
the effectiveness of the current legal control mechanism for this activity, thereby
proposing recommendations regarding the issuance of decrees on administrative
sanctions.
