Abstract

Abstract: The article addresses the issue of land accumulation and concentration to
develop a circular economy in Vietnam’s agricultural sector; examines current land law
instruments and their implementation in practice; and analyzes the achievements,
shortcomings and underlying causes that hinder the process of land accumulation and
concentration in support of circular agricultural production models. On that basis, the
article puts forward a number of recommendations to improve the legal framework.
