Abstract

Abstract: Labour arbitration is an out-of-court method of resolving labour
disputes, which has many advantages, is widely used in many developed countries and is
increasingly recognised in Vietnam. The article analyses the current situation of the
labour arbitration system in Vietnam and forecasts its development trends and prospects
in the context of international integration.
