Abstract

Abstract: The article analyses and evaluates legal provisions concerning
households, households utilizing land, and groups of persons sharing land use rights; it
outlines certain difficulties and impediments encountered during the practical
application of regulations concerning subjects holding land use rights who are
households, and the legal issues posed by the Land Law 2024’s abolition of the
household as a subject possessing land use rights; simultaneously, the article offers
several proposals and recommendations contributing to the refinement of legal
regulations.
