Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes and evaluates several shortcomings in the provisions
of the law on the power to handle legal documents of the Provincial People’s Councils
and Committees of competent entities such as the Standing Committee of the National
Assembly, the Prime Minister, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, provincial
People’s Councils, etc. On that basis, the author makes proposals for legal improvement
on this matter.
