Abstract

Abstract: Since the 2012 Law on Handling of Administrative Violations (amended
and supplemented in 2020) was promulgated, most of the key provisions concerning
administrative responsibilities have been transferred from the National Assembly
Standing Committee to the National Assembly. This article analyzes the Standing
Committee’s authority to regulate administrative responsibilities and offers
recommendations to improve the relevant legal framework.
