Abstract

Abstract: This article analyzes and evaluates the concept and impact of noncompete agreements in Vietnam’s labor market. Additionally, it examines the legal
frameworks governing such agreements in Vietnam, the United States, and China,
drawing comparative insights. Based on this analysis, the article derives lessons for
Vietnam and makes proposals to enhance the legal framework regulating these
agreements.
