Abstract

Abstract: Drawing on an analysis of theoretical issues concerning anthropological
approaches, this article proposes several directions for legislative development in Vietnam,
with particular emphasis on policy impact assessment and feasibility studies. In a country
marked by profound cultural and ethnic diversity, as well as deeply rooted historical
traditions, customs, and practices, integrating anthropological perspectives into law-making
is indispensable for ensuring that legislation is both practicable and accessible.
