Abstract

Abstract: The article outlines the digital platform business model and examines
how the platform economy is reshaping labour relations and Vietnam’s labour market. It
then identifies legal gaps affecting workers who provide services via digital platforms
and proposes recommendations aimed at strengthening the protection of platform
workers’ rights in Vietnam.
