Reforming the judicial activities of people's courts to contribute to resolving the relationship between democratic practice and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline

Abstract

Within the scope of this article, the author has clarified several issues regarding
democratic practice, strengthening the rule of law, and ensuring social discipline. Based on this,
the author also analyzes and identifies key reforms in the judicial activities of People’s Courts that
contribute to resolving the relationship between democratic practice and strengthening the rule of law,
ensuring social discipline. The author then proposes recommendations and solutions for this issue.
