Abstract
Currently, legislation on payment for forest environmental services is increasingly being
developed and improved, having positive impacts on society. However, the law still reveals shortcomings
and inadequacies that need timely supplementation and amendments. The article studies legislation
on payment for forest environmental services and proposes five specific solution groups to amend
and supplement regulations on payment for forest environmental services, contributing to improving
legislation and promoting the role of payment for forest environmental services law in sustainable
social development.
