Abstract

     Experiential learning is a teaching process in which learners generate new knowledge based on real experiences, evaluating, analyzing existing experiences and knowledge. This is a modern teaching principle that needs to be applied in the process of teaching subjects. This article focuses on establishing some basic theoretical issues of experiential learning, such as concepts, characteristics, conditions, principles, methods of experiential teaching; especially the construction of a model, a four-step process in organizing experiential teaching: experiencing, exploring; reflecting, analyzing, summarizing knowledge; practicing, applying, creating, and testing, evaluating. These contents are the key to using in the process of organizing experiential learning.
