Abstract

    In the trend of educational innovation oriented towards capacity development, experiential lecture halls are the ideal model in university training. In addition to the in- depth knowledge training program, students can participate in practical experience activities in school. Experiential learning has been theoretically researched and applied practically at university training institutions in general and law training institutions in particular, showing its ability to develop learners' capacities and qualities as it’s done effectively. To better understand the experiential lecture hall model, the article explores and analyzes further the concept and characteristics of experiential education, as well as the experiences of some law training institutions in Vietnam. Thereby, the article proposes evaluations and appropriate suggestions to build and develop an experiential learning model at Hanoi Metropolitan University.
