The current situation and solutions for developing the network of practice and internship centers for special education at Hanoi Metropolitan University

Abstract

The article discusses the role, significance, and necessity of practice and internship networks based on an assessment of the current situation and proposes solutions to build a network of practice and internship facilities aimed at improving the quality of student training in the field of Special Education at Hanoi Metropolitan University. By analyzing existing challenges, such as the lack of close collaboration between the university and practice facilities, insufficient infrastructure, financial support, and the limited capacity of teachers at practice facilities to guide internships, the article proposes solutions to address these difficulties. These solutions include expanding the network of practice facilities, enhancing the capacity of guiding teachers, and improving the infrastructure for practice and internships. These measures aim to build a sustainable system of practice and internship facilities, contributing to enhancing the quality of Special Education training at Hanoi Metropolitan University
