Abstract

In the period of educational innovation, experiential activities are integrated into the official educational program to develop the comprehensive competencies of students, including creative thinking, life skills, and problem-solving abilities. However, in Thanh Tri District, the implementation of these activities faces many challenges due to differences in socio-economic conditions and a lack of consistency in their execution. Experiential activities are mainly organized within subjects or extracurricular activities, but there is a lack of standardization and effective evaluation systems. Managing experiential activities according to a competency-based approach plays an important role in improving education quality and developing life skills for students. However, primary schools in Thanh Tri still lack guidelines, detailed plans, and clear evaluation criteria, leading to suboptimal implementation. Improving these factors requires close cooperation between stakeholders such as schools, teachers, parents, and relevant authorities.
