The Current Situation and Solutions for the Development of Education in Hanoi Capital in the Context of Innovation and International Integration

Abstract

: The article analyzes the current situation and solutions for the development of education in Hanoi in the context of innovation and international integration. As the political, economic, and educational center of the country, Hanoi has achieved significant milestones in educational development, from expanding the school system and reforming curricula to promoting international integration.  The article highlights both the opportunities and challenges facing Hanoi’s education sector in the era of globalization, such as trends in cooperation with international educational organizations, domestic study-abroad programs, and digital transformation in teaching and management. At the same time, challenges such as disparities in educational quality between urban and suburban areas, population pressure, "brain drain," and competition from international schools are also addressed.  Based on an analysis of the current situation, the article proposes strategic solutions to improve the quality of education. These solutions not only help Hanoi maintain its position as the country's educational hub but also bring its education system closer to international standards, contributing to the development of high-quality human resources that meet the demands of sustainable growth and global integration.
