Building an International Cultural Environment in Universities in the Context of Ongoing Digital Transformation

Abstract

School culture is a crucial factor determining the quality of education. Digital transformation not only presents opportunities for improvement but also requires educational institutions to adapt in order to maintain and develop a positive, modern, and sustainable culture. Within the scope of this study, the author delves into the following key aspects: (i) Fundamental concepts related to international culture in the context of digital transformation; (ii) Building an international cultural environment - A necessity in the digital transformation of education and training; (iii) The current state of developing an international cultural environment in universities amid digital transformation; (iv) Measures and recommendations for establishing an international cultural environment in universities, colleges, and research institutes in Vietnam in the current digital transformation era.
