College–Enterprise Collaboration: A Benefit Management Framework for Partnership Programs
Abstract
Cooperation between training institutions in general, vocational education institutions and businesses is an inevitable need in the current period. This brings many benefits to both partners. Recent studies on benefit management have expanded the scope of benefits from individual organizations to special forms of inter-organizational relationships. Consequently, benefit management methods have undergone significant changes due to the involvement of various parties in specific cooperative programs/projects. This is clearly evident through the participation of each party in the benefit management process. This study addresses the cooperative programs between colleges and enterprises as a form of inter-organizational connection and analyzes the participation of colleges and enterprises in the benefit management process through stages or steps: identifying benefits; planning benefit implementation; implementing benefits; reviewing and evaluating the results of benefit implementation; and supplementing and developing benefits.
