Abstract

     The fourth industrial revolution has been posing new opportunities and challenges for the performance of teaching and scientific research for each lecturer at universities. The urgent issue is how to improve the quality of teaching political theory subjects, to meet the requirements of digital transformation in order to develop the capacity and qualifications of each lecturer, to help achieve the goals of educations and training.
