DEVELOPING QUESTIONS TO ASSESS STUDENTS' CHEMICAL COMPETENCY ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
Abstract
This article proposes a process for compiling questions according to Chemistry 12 topics in the 2018 General Education Program to ensure that the questions both meet the requirements of the community and assess students' chemistry abilities and are consistent with the structure of the national high school graduation exam from 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
The system of questions and exercises assesses students' chemical abilities, meeting the requirements of the Chemistry 12 program and the structure of the national high school graduation exams from 2025 have been compiled. Initial comments of some teachers on some illustrative questions following the above process show that they are capable of responding well to the assessment of students' chemical abilities as well as meeting the requirements of the Chemistry High School Education Program and consistent with structure of High school graduation exams from 2025. Accordingly, 79.6% of teachers said that the questions met the requirements of them.
