STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROVING RESEARCH CAPACITY AT HANOI CAPITAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The report proposes a comprehensive strategy to develop scientific journals at Hanoi Capital University, while improving the research capacity of lecturers. The study analyzes the current situation of Scientific Journals at Hanoi Capital University, points out limitations such as uneven article quality, lack of international connections, and proposes three main groups of solutions: 1) Organization and management: Standardize the editing process, digitize scientific journals, connect with the international index system; 2) Improve research capacity: Train international writing skills, encourage publication through reward mechanisms, promote interdisciplinary cooperation; 3) Finance and facilities: Diversify resources, invest in academic databases.
