RESEARCH ON FACTORS AFFECTING INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES IN THE APPLICATION-ORIENTED MASTER’S PROGRAM OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY
Abstract
: The application-oriented Master’s program in Educational Management at Hanoi Metropolitan University was implemented in the academic year 2021-2022. The training objectives are closely linked to the requirements of the comprehensive and fundamental reform of education in line with the spirit of Resolution 29 of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Specifically, the application-oriented program is designed to integrate practical skills development, soft skills, specialized skills, and school management capabilities in accordance with the job positions of learners, meeting the demands of modern society. This is the program's advantage; however, with many differences and being built and implemented for the first time, difficulties and confusion during the implementation process are unavoidable. The paper focuses on researching to identify the main objectives and basic content to be implemented in internship activities, requirements for assessing internship results in the training of Master’s degree in Educational Management in an application-oriented manner, in order to contribute to improving the quality of internship activities for students in the training program.
